The Everest’s roof and sidewall panels are constructed using an advanced panel-foaming process that ensures consistency and void-free insulation. The panels are then connected using our innovative modular design, which creates a continuous blanket of insulation at all connection points.
When we eliminated wood in our Everest reefers, we removed the risks of moisture absorption, rot and mildew that plague traditional wood construction. Everest reefers are constructed with thermally-efficient composite materials that do not gain water weight over time. And with a base weight of 12,000 pounds, the Everest can maintain an extremely competitive weight.
